"We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Gatlinburg! The hot breakfast was plentiful with a great variety of options that accommodated both adults and kids. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. We definitely plan to stay here again on our next visit to the Smokies! M.B."

"Large and unique complex of condos, yet plenty of privacy and a short walk to the hub of Gatlinburg. Our accomodations were perfect for two and perfectly integrated with the beauty of the mountains. Check-in was a bit clumsy and the new property management firm and Expedia need more time to develop communications. Will certainly return!"

"The room we were given. Was not at all as depicted or expected. The wall paper was peeling off the wall from water leaks. It was old. The bathroom was leaking water off a wall. There was little hot water available early am I complained they did not move us. The room smelled like sweaty Body odor. The sheets smelled weird There was a shortage of towels present . I went and got some at the desk. The balcony room shown actually looked over a construction area and some dumpsters. Oh boy, I would never stay there again..Breakfast was a cheap version of a buffet No meat other than some poor excuse for bacon offered 20. Bucks a person. Pretty sad!"

"Rakiya at the front desk was a nice and attentive agent. She was very helpful. The property is in a great location and close to a lot of good places. The breakfast at the restaurant was not great, very simple. Everything was ok but what I noticed was that maintenance need to touch up some areas. The connecting door look bad in our room, the pool have mildew inside the walls of the adult pool, over the rock slide you can see from the rooms the black and green mold, the wall by the soda machine in the second has a big hole that can be fix... Is just detail that will make the property stand out... A lot of potential is just maintenance need to be more proactive around the property. I will stay again because I know this details can be fix and is not a motive to break a deal with the hotel."

"If you're looking for a more affordable hotel room that can be your home base after a full day in Gatlinburg and the surrounding area without worrying about finding parking on the strip, this is your place (as long as you're ok with killing bugs yourself). If you're looking for a nice hotel where you can spend time inside with your family, this is not your place. Expedia says breakfast is included, but you probably won't want it. Pros- The staff was nice. The double queen room we stayed in had a nice amount of floor space, with a dresser/desk combo and a 2 person table. We liked the proximity to the Gatlinburg strip and that parking for our vehicle was included in the price. We walked everywhere along the strip instead of worrying about finding parking. Cons- There were parts of the room that they had missed cleaning. Our fridge set to the warmest setting froze most things we put into it. The tv remote didn't work. The shower floor seemed to have a bubble between the flooring and the base of the shower. We were on the second floor, which walked out to the parking lot, and the first couple nights we had to kill centipedes, millipedes, pill bugs, and ants that kept appearing in the bathroom. All of the units seem to be walkable to the Gatlinburg strip, but be aware some of them require you to walk up a very steep incline if you plan to walk. The included breakfast is a joke. There were greasy muffins, granola bars, lite yogurts, orange juices, oatmeal packets, and a keurig."
