"The gentleman at check-in was super helpful and kind. We unintentionally came into town during a car show and sat in gridlock traffic for 2 hours to travel approximately a mile after leaving Dollywood. The front desk gentleman was kind enough to call us and talk us through a "backway" to the hotel which completely saved my sanity! The hotel is older but in a great location and the rooms are clean!"

"We stayed for a week and was really impressed with the hotel. Our room was very clean fully stocked and had a beautiful veiw. People complain about the breakfast but we ate everyday and there was enough different things that everyday was different. The pools were very clean and there were towels. We will visit again and we will definitely stay there again. Everybody was very nice to us."
