"The hotel was beautiful and the staff was welcoming upon arrival. We were able to check in early which was great. This hotel has a lounge area that we took advantage of in the evening and the bartender, Lily was very friendly and efficient. Overall l highly recommend this hotel for friendly service, very clean rooms and comfy beds. Lovely place to stay in Pigeon Forge!!"

"The location was great, just off the interstate and close to all the attractions of Pigeon Forge. The main problem I have with Motels/Hotels is the noise from neighboring rooms. The people around us were quite and the group sitting on the upstairs balcony finished their gathering before we went to bed. The room was great, looked newly refreshed.
