"From start to finish this was a wonderful "airport hotel" experience! The staff were super helpful in organizing a very early (4am) shuttle for me and answered every question I had swiftly. I didn't get to spend much time in the hotel as I was only there for a quick nap before flying out early in the am, but every staff member I encountered was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and perfect for my needs. It's an airport hotel, so I did find there to be a little bit of noise from other guests (which comes with these kinds of hotels due to everyone arriving/leaving at every hour of the day, but overall I would definitely stay here again if I was in transit to/from Florence. It was worth it just for the shuttle alone! Thank you- will stay again!"

"A Wonderful Stay at the Primavera Apartment – Helpful Tips for Travelers We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Primavera apartment in Florence! The apartment was fully renovated, and we highly recommend it to other travelers. One of the biggest conveniences for us was being able to park our car right in front of the door, which made unloading and loading our luggage easy. The apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, including a mini fridge/freezer. One little tip for future guests: the dishes are stored in the cabinet to the left as you enter. We didn't discover them until the night we were leaving, but fortunately, we didn't need them during our stay! Dining Recommendation We also had a wonderful surprise at the restaurant on the property. The authentic Italian vintage decor created a lovely atmosphere, and both the food and service were excellent. It was well worth the drive! A helpful tip: I recommend driving to the restaurant rather than walking, particularly at night. The restaurant is about a five-minute drive from the apartment, up a winding, rocky mountain road. After arriving, park behind the building where you will see the letter “P.” Then walk around to the front entrance, where you will be rewarded with a beautiful view of the city. We reserved the first seating at 7:30 p.m. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and serves dinner Tuesday through Sunday. Lunch is also available on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. "Liked: we needed a taxi ride at 4:30 AM the next morning, we got it. Kudos to the cab driver he was courteous and the cost of the ride was reasonable. Staff members arranged the transportation. We did not stay long enough to enjoy the amenities, maybe next time."

"Great hotel, not too far from either train station. Staff are lovely. Breakfast was great, loads of choice. Only downside was our room, which despite being the largest room in the hotel, felt very impersonal and clinical, and the toilet flush was damaged, though it did work. Also we were in the eaves, so very little view or natural light. Access to the swimming pool was a bonus! Loved Montecatini, would stay again, but in a different room."
