Clean and simple. I would expect more.of the Hilton though. It was pretty old and outdated, and there was almost no staff in the morning, only one front desk person that did everything (including bring towel) and DID NOT speak any English.

Gece resepsiyon görevlisi hiç güler yüzlü değildi. Odamızda diş fırçası gibi bireysel kullanıma ait malzemeler yoktu. Minibar da sadece iki adet su vardı ve sular da soğuk değildi. Bunun dışında keyfimiz yerindeydi. Odamız temizdi. Bir önce kaldığımız Hilton oteline göre iyiydi ama Hilton Şanlıurfa yı geçemedi. Orada karşılamadan itibaren ikramlar harikaydı. Minibarın içi doluydu. Resepsiyon görevlileri harikaydı. Eğer Hilton markasının iyi bir oteli olarak devam etmek istiyorsanız bence biraz daha dikkatli olmanız lazım.

Oda da fincan tek içimlik kahve su bulunmuyordu istenildiğinde extra su istendiğini söylediler konaklamayı kahvaltı almıştık ancak 10.03 gece kahvaltı kaldırılıyordu kahvaltı yok dediğimizde kajvaltı yok değil saat olduğundan kaldırıldık çalışanları hiç mütevazi değil hoşnutsuzluk davranışlar. Son kaldığımızdan memnun kalmadık özellikle çalışanların davranışlarından ve kalacaklara söyleyeceğim otelde yemek yemeniz
