La variedad de alimentos es nula ya que todos los días se sirve lo mismo. El personal de recepción intolerante y mal encarado. Solo un chico muy amable pero el resto de las chicas con poco criterio y groseras. La limpieza en las habitaciones podría mejorar. La lavandería es una excelente opción en el hotel"

"Sehr schönes Hotel abseits des großen tourimus. Bahnstation 2 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Negativer Punkt: die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Vor allem ist die Tür so gut wie gar nicht gedämmt, wodurch man alle Gespräche/Türen außerhalb des eigenen Raums hört. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert!"

"We had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Luxe for 2 nights … lovely hotel located just outside San Sebastián (SS) on the cliff tops. Food from the Bistro was excellent (the main restaurant closes on a Sunday and Monday) …. Perfect for trips into SS using the local bus (number 16 -2 Euros fare) and a taxi or bus back as parking is very difficult in SS. Hotel ideal as a base for exploring the delights of SS and the Basque region… highly recommended"
