"Brand new hotel, extremely well prepared, immaculately decorated and equipped. Staff outstandingly courteous and helpful. Location fine, just a five minute walk from old city centre. If I am to be picky, water machine would be better placed mid corridor not at one end and we would prefer 2 chairs in room rather than 2 stools. We would definitely rate it excellent and will stay again"

My biggest disappointment was I left an expensive phone charger in the room and contacted them about this on two separate occasions and both have been ignored. Very poor customer follow up."

"Very modern, large loft style rooms with small kitchenette, fridge and microwave dishwasher and induction stove. The location is 15 minutes walk to the old town. Great location. This is the third time I’ve stayed there and become my favorite. I recommend having a breakfast at green egg downstairs, there is also a lots of little restaurants in the building with live music on weekends. I highly recommend this place."

"In pieno centro ad un prezzo ottimo. Gentilissimi, il giorno del check out abbiamo potuto lasciare gli zaini in reception in spazio apposito ripresi dopo per ripartenza con l'aereo. Lo consiglio. Unica peccato il ristorante messicano all'interno del piano terra, si sentiva l'odore del cibo fino al secondo piano. Noi avevamo camera al terzo, comunque credo che nelle camere non entri."

"This hotel clearly had its prime some time ago and is now due for a refurbishment. It is clean, I’ll give it that. The staff are fantastic, and the food is as good as ever - but while it used to impress a few years ago, it now feels quite outdated. The heating/air conditioning system is old and barely works, making the room stuffy and weird temp. "Located on the pedestrian part of beautiful main town Gdansk, Hotel Holland has everything that Gdansk has to offer on its doorstep. The room was spotless and spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Only thing to note, it’s an older hotel and all floors and stairway have wooden floors so sound can travel. If you are sensitive to noise then it might be worth taking earplugs. The staff are friendly and the food (we only had breakfast here) is freshly made and good value for money. We’d love to...
