"Vi bodde i 3. etasje og heisen fungerte ikke under hele oppholdet. Reparasjon var umulig å få ordnet.
Utleier skyldte på Huseier og huseier skyldte på Schindler (heisselskapet)
Det var så kaldt i leiligheten at vi måtte tak kontakt og klage. Da ble dette rettet opp.
Intet renhold.
Krav om at vi ved avreise måtte sørge for å tømme søpla. Hvis ikke dette ble gjort, ville det bli et gebyr på 35 PLN.
Skitne og flekkete trekk på spisetuestolene. Svart ubekvem og simpel sofa i stua.

"Very good location, unfortunately a very stinky apartment, a strong smell of fried onion, clean and new bathroom but it smelled musty. Unfortunately, I could not open the window to get rid of this smell because the heating did not work and it was cold. Tv remote did not work either, so no TV watching for 4 days. Dirty with stains rug, bed is not like on the pictures . Wi fi did not work. The photos of the building on hotels.com are not true, it is a building next to it. Apartment completely...
