The staff were very nice. Duty managers & dining staff all good. Well located too. Room clean albeit a little dusty. Amenities & room size ok. A cushion or small pillow in rooms would be good too.

Efficient entry, clean & comfy room, quiet, felt safe Pleased we had a ground floor room Only thing that could change was the shower had a rain head with no options, no shower cap provided - not everyone loves a rain shower Everything else great for a quick overnight stay
