"Location was perfect. The snack bar was such a cute touch. Loved the laundry in the suite. The rooms are very nice. I just find it weird that you have to walk to other side of the room to wash your hands. But would not deter my stay at all."

"Great hotel. Rooms were your basic small hotel room, but hotel was in a good location and seemed high class. Best part of the hotel was the Sento/Onsen on the top floor. That was an extra plus. But be aware tattoos are not welcome there, but you can get 2 free tattoo stickers per room to cover your tat so you can use the bath Sento anytime you want. Otherwise tattooed folks can only use it between 11pm - 2am, which is past my bedtime."

"The people who work here are some most amazing people. I left one of my bags on the train. It went a couple hours away and they tracked down for me. Told me where it was and we went there the next day and found it and they spent a great deal time doing this for me. I can’t even believe it and I got my bag back. It was amazing and these people are just so helpful. Yeah definitely stay here."
