Staff was lovely. Room design nice. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet and secure. Felt safe staying alone as woman. Close to airport and steps from tram to explore city. Free shuttle but uber was very inexpensive to airport. Right next to pharmacy for essentials. The breakfast could use improvement (selection and quality), but liked hot beverage machine with many choices. Everything seemed clean and well cared for. Would recommend.

I prepaid for 3 family friends to stay at the hotel because their flight was cancelled. I sent them with all the correspondence from Expedia so there wouldn’t be an issue. It took forever for them to check in and get their rooms. They needed up talking with several people and finally got their rooms after more than an hour.

Worst airport hotel I have ever stayed at. The airport van drops you off at a bunker like entrance below ground with no reception desk or instructions as to how to find the real reception desk. You take the elevator to what looks like an industrial stairway and if you are lucky you find the real reception area of the hotel. The room was sweltering, the blinds were down and the instructions as to to how to cool the room and raise the blinds were beyond inscrutable. Dinner was also a disaster. There was one person who was barman, order taker, waiter, bus person, etc. By the time my food arrived it was cold because it had been ready for some time but the one jack of all trades had no time to get it. Terrible hotel.

Very clean the breakfast was lovely all very fresh. I emailed in advance to advise a 40th celebration just got a printed birthday message which was folded wrong on a bit of paper. The pillows were really uncomfortable. Requested slippers so I could go in the sauna never got them. If you want robe or other pillows you have to request from reception them carry to your room. Location was great and reception staff helped with directions.

New hotel, clean. Bed okay. No way to open the shutters so didn’t know if it was light outside or not! Good for sleeping though. What isn’t good is the lift mechanism (I assume) was a more or less open hatch at the entrance in my room. Goes off all night which is constantly interrupting sleep.

Our room was sweltering although the hallway and lobby were clearly air conditioned. We were thankful the windows opened, but even eight floors up the street noise was disruptive. We attempted to run the unit while we left for a walk only to return a hot room. It was difficult to decide which would be less disruptive: traffic noise or heat.

To be honest, the price for the breakfast was not really value for money. The coffee machine was prodicing somethin brwonish which barely had something to do with a fresh brewed coffe. Then the open cheese and meat section was already there lying around for quite a while and was dry i.e. had brown edges. However the scrambled eggs were good. Bread (of course) was not home made, just simple one to be re-baked. So yeah, € 20 was far too much. Would i stay there again, yes, beds are comfy and parking huge. Would i take the breakfast: No, surely not.
