Nice to sit and watch and listen to the waves hit the shore,but didn't want to go in room....old,dingy,dead bugs everywhere!I should of camped out! It would have been nicer...

Check in was easy, there were no extra locks on the door, just the electronic lock, no deadbolt. Terrible internet, cable tv was good. The room was not cleaned thoroughly it was still dirty in some spots there were dead bugs behind the nightstand,some kind of beads from the last guest all over the floor. The Fridge was making noises all night You can hear everything in the rooms around us, we hope the neighbor that was dry heaving all night is ok. The sheets were dirty including the comforter and pillows. We asked for new towels because the other ones were dirty and it took 45 minutes to get, then the on site manager who delivered just handed me the towels and walked away. The Parking lot was a mess, no one parked in the lines so we had to park down the street. This hotel was not worth the $140 we paid for.it but we were stuck because everything else was booked. We also had a full size bed and it was supposed to be a queen. I asked the management about it and they said it was indeed a queen but it was not! I have a queen at home and there is a difference so i didnt bother addressing any.other issues. Sometimes you get stuck i guess.

We did not stay the night. Staff was very rude when I brought up the fact that there was not a lake view like advertised. Room 10 was very small and dark, Small little window you had to stand up and see out. Pretty sure that’s false advertising .

My girlfriends and I stayed for 2 nights for thunder on the strip. Very close to all of the nightlife and restaurants. Parking is tight like others said, but we never moved the car. Apparently we missed room service when they came by so we never got new towels. We walked down to the sister hotel and there was no one there to give us any. Overall we would stay again.

Needs renovation of Hot Water Heater/Air Condioner

Air conditioning unit was noisy and kept me up all night. Took a shower anf there was little to no hot water. Tepid at best!

When we got there to check in the room had not been cleaned and it was about 4:30 in the afternoon. Staff was not aware it hadn’t been cleaned. We had an extra “hold” charge put on our credit card even though the room was totally paid for the day we booked. We went out for dinner and when we came back all the absavailable parking was taken and we had to park across the street.

I actually stayed someplace else. The description of the property and the room were very different in reality. To arrive at a hotel with a For Sale sign up is a very bad sign.

Don’t book here

The motel is no frills and I wasn’t expecting much but this place needs TLC and while yiu have an older motel there’s no reason for it not to be clean. As soon as we walked in there’s a huge spider we with bugs in it by the door. There were bugs in the shower as well. There’s a window with no covering in it that everyone walks by and an outside light so my husband used 2 hangers and pillow shams to cover it for privacy and to block the light. It is right on the water but not pretty due to trash. I will not stay here again the price was too high for what you get.

Limited amenities. It"s simply a place to stay. No staff on site. Owners of the motel are located several blocks away at another motel. My room had a key pad to unlock. I was told the code would be sent to me via email and or text. Did not happen. I had to go to the other location to get the code. Fortunately there was an employee there who had my code. I do not travel much but was bewildered by the whole process. Maybe it's part of the "nobody wants to work" mantra. Disappointing.
