When we arrived at the Continental Hotel the concierge gave us an upgrade to the 5-star Grand Hotel Savoia. Top quality. And due to a strike at Trenitalia, our train to Milan was cancelled. The concierge was SUPER helpful in getting us tickets on a morning train

We were very happy with our stay at the Hotel Continental. The hotel itself is beautiful and we had a fabulous room facing the station with the most comfortable bed. Despite the busy area, the room was very quiet with the insulated windows. Location was very convenient as we arrived by train. We were able to walk around Genova from the hotel and had a lovely meal only a few doors away. Breakfast included was plentiful. Staff were very friendly. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Thank you.
