"Why was my rate changed from what is was listed as when I booked the room"

"Staff- wonderful Breakfast- crowed, couldn’t really get to any of the food. Room- clean and comfy Elevators- had to wait in line to get on every time due to how busy the hotel was. Halls- trip hazards due to wrinkled carpet (construction warning signs in lobby) Would return for a night."

The beds were so comfortable, our room was very clean, and quiet. We will stay again when my daughter needs to see her doctor for a follow up."

"Room was missing the clothes iron and the pot for the coffee maker. The full length mirror that was supposed to be mounted on the wall was not but the holes to hold up the mirror were there. The bathroom door handle made a nice hole in the wall the size of the door handle. Only two lights in the room worked. A lamp by the bed and the bathroom light. I brought these regards to the front desk soon after my arrival. I was told it is a result of remodeling. These are not acts of remodeling. I asked for an additional pillow but was told he had just washed all the extra pillows and they were air drying because you can’t place them in a dryer. People standing around on the property that do not look like they belong there. One girl rode up on a bicycle hid it around the corner of the building and then just sat on the second floor stairstep going thru her plastic bags of clothes (4/17) The morning of 4/18 I decided to check out early I handed my room key to the same person at the desk that I have only dealt with staying there. I think his name was Evan. He informed me that I would need to call back on Monday and speak to the manager about a refund. One of the worst stays I have ever had"

"I have rarely left a bad review, but this hotel earned it in spades. Lobby: Small lobby that is not always staffed, even in the normal business day. There was no coffee, as the listing says it has. The elevator reeked of marijuana smell. It was so bad our entire stay, we took the stairs every chance we could. The second floor hallways also stunk of weed. Room: The floor was sticky, the trim around the bathtub had come completely off, there was no TV remote in the room (a staffer later brought one), there was only two rough bath towels, one bar of soap, and no other bathroom amenities. No coffeemaker, no cups, no hairdryer, nothing every other major hotel would have, and only two pillows. The AC worked well enough. The shower never got hot, only slightly above room temperature warm. Environment: Dogs barked in the hallways at all hours of the night, shouting and loud talking in the hallways all the time, and the general stink was throughout the hotel. We will never stay in this place again. I cannot strongly enough warn everyone against it."
