Apartment is as pictured. Good stay, the spacious 3 bedrooms were comfortable for 6. Concierge was friendly, and apartment was easy to grab food. security guard was stationed at lobby throughout the night

Staff are very helpful, room at clean and tidy, but no slippers to walk around and water at shower areas get flooded coz no divider to prevent water getting into toilet sink area and toilet bowl. Escalators doesn’t work, should revamp and take away

Nice and clean

The hotel is nice and clean. The restaurant by the reeception is nice although a bit pricy. Only one concern is it is about 10 minutes from the closest bus stop so we had to walk a lot. 室内は清潔でサービスもよかったです。ホテル内にはレストランもコンビニもあり快適でしたが、最寄りのバス亭まで10分と公共交通機関までは距離がありました。

Good experience at Urban H stay.

We enjoyed the stay over the weekend, despite school holidays the hotel wasnt over occupied which was to our relief. Friendly and helpfull staffs and convenient free parking. Would recommend to our friends. Just that I find the sound proofing between neighbouring rooms was quite bad. Could hear bathroom door squeeks and doors slamming loud in the middle of night like it came from our room.

Location is great - very close to roti canai transfer road (5 mins walk) & Teo chew cendol (10 mins walk). We had the 2 bedroom suite that fits for 5 ppl. Spacious - 1 bedroom has 1 queen and single bed. Another bedroom has 1 double bed. Each room comes with wall mounted tv. Living room has a sofa for 3 ppl, dining table and a mini kitchen (mini fridge, cabinet, kettle & sink). Free parking is available inside the Livingston tower (this hotel is inside the tower). Staff are helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Penang the next time.

The multi storey carpark is convenient with ample parking spaces. The hotel is clean, staffs are friendly. Checkout time is also flexible. The only unpleasant thing is that I have to wait for quite sometime before my room is ready.

We booked 2 rooms. Happy with overall cleanliness & comfort level. Only concern is the shower is not hot. After maintenance looked into it., the maximum was only slightly warmer than room temperature. Hope to see improvement because we will be back. Thanks in advance to the hotel management for your effort in doing your best.
