"Location was great. Only a 5 minute walk to Cockle Bay and ICC Sydney. Nice little coffee shop and an IGA located about 20m from entrance to apartments. Apartment was clean and tidy, plenty of space and nice little kitchen. Bathroom would look nicer if it received a deep clean as it was a little dirty. There was a party on the top floor and due to it not being apart of the Urban rest group they could not contact the renter. Also of note, the lift opens directly into the apartment which is...

"It was a good location, spacious and clean. The furnitures were tidy. It smelled fresh. Just was not provided with enough soap/bath lotion and they couldnt arrange it on time even requested , other than that everything went well. "

"I’d put this apartment in the category of “glamourous”—a huge wrap-around terrace with immaculate if somewhat minimalist modern finishings in the unit. It is in what is likely the most livable and lively neighborhoods close to the CBD—a short tram to the harbour, blocks of cafés and restaurants in the vicinity. If you prefer a neighborhood to staying right at the tourist destinations, high recommend. "
