"I am very disappointed with my experience at this property. Upon check-in, I was informed that I had to pay a certain amount deposit in order to receive the lockbox code. It was unexpected and was not communicated prior to the check-in, I felt so uncomfortable at the time.
The cleanliness of the property was also below expectations, although I chose not to make an issue of it at the time.
However, upon check-out, I was advised that only partial amount would be refunded, with the remaining...

"Apartment owner was very helpful with check in and information and posted items left behind. Location was good. Pool, hot tub and sauna are great with good views. Good kitchen facilities and washer. Wasnt 100% clear on booking that this wasn't a hotel but more like an Air B and B arrangement. "
