"My room was very nice. Bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Outside of the room things were a little run down. The common areas were ok. Parking and entrance were a bit untidy. Too much smoking had been done in that area. Breakfast was mostly gone when I went (8:30) and there were no staff there to ask about it or to check out. Just left the keys at the desk. So it worked for me as I mostly just needed to sleep, but if I had come to visit the area for a while I would have been disappointed."
