"Plenty of parking at front of hotel. Really helpful staff especially Jepson who sorted a ground floor room for me. Nice spacious clean comfortable room. Breakfast is 7-10 am so plenty of time to get served . Lovely evening meal and quite reasonably priced for a nice hotel. I asked for chips instead of rice but was later advised rice was an integral part of the dish. "Clean room with good facilities, very comfy bed and pillows and quiet. Breakfast was excellent with tasty hot fresh food plus good alternative selection. Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and efficient. Hotel is on the edge of a shopping complex with a good variety of shops plus a Vue Cinema and plenty of car parking spaces. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning."
