"I am very disappointed with my stay. I booked this hotel based on the photos and description on Expedia, but the room I received is significantly different from what was advertised. The room appears much older and does not reflect the quality shown in the listing. I immediately spoke with the concierge, but I was told the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available. "The room needed to be cleaned better. Dirt on the rug, bath tub could be cleaned better. Toilet needed more cleaning."

"The hotel in general, including the side entrance, the stairwell area, and our room were extremely dirty with evidence that the cleaners either didn’t clean the room. The floor in the entrance of our room was sticky and stained, the bathroom floor was dirty with human hair around the toilet area, plus the toilet was filthy. The main part of our room had an empty water bottle on the floor, the one bed, when I pulled the covers back was not changed as you could see that it was laid on before us....

"We enjoyed our stay at Jolly Roger! They advertise as a 3 star motel and I think that is accurate. We booked for the amenities and a one-stop shop including restaurant on-site and were not let down. The bar staff were busy and still provided friendly, quick service. Our bed was comfortable and the restaurant had great food. We’d stay again if passing through the area!"
