"Im always pleased with the cleanliness and good nights sleep i get every stay. I was however double charfed by the same site. I contacted them before check out like instructed but now they are saying they donot give refunds. I am a veteram, Muskegon born woman and felt dishonored."

"Looking for a contact high this place is for you!!! Literally the smell of marijuana was so intense all the time ( we stayed two nights)I unpacked my bag and had to wash everything including the bag the skunky stench was lingering on EVERYTHING! The towels had makeup residue, the fridge smelled of mildew, and the pillows were flat! In one word- GROSS!!!"

"We got switched to another room after checking in because our key wouldn't work. The batteries died on the door - never encountered that before. No big deal. Get into new room down the hall and the person behind me in line gets assigned the same room I am currently occupied in. Friendly reminder to use your door locks, people! Now we are in the room. Shower doesn't work. Hot water only in the sink. Another couple was assigned our room after 11pm and almost walked in AGAIN. Your second friendly reminder always use the door locks. And maybe travel with a dog who barks and intruders. Final straw was waking up at 7am staring at a roach in the bathroom. Left so fast, I still don't think my soul has caught up to me yet."
