"Breakfast is good. We had a problem with the key door . The door couldn’t open when we got back from dinner and instead of getting immediate attention , it took 3 hours to realized they needed it to break the lock. The manager never showed up and after insisting for hours he was on the phone. We got in the room at 2:30 in the morning . I never experienced something like this in any hotel stay. It was scarier as all my personal bro gongs were in that room including medications , money and...

"The staff here is outstanding. They do everything and anything they can to ensure guests have a great time in Buenos Aires. The room and the hotel are very clean. Breakfast is very nice. It is so buffet and you can order eggs and a few other items from the menu. It is very conveniently located to sights, shops and restaurants. The best ice cream store is very close."

"We stayed here for a short trip to Buenos Aires. Our flight arrived early in the morning and the front desk agent was extremely wonderful and allowed us into our room early so we could rest/shower after 24+ hours of travelling. The staff in the lobby bar was also very wonderful and kind to us. It is a beautiful property, from the lobby, to the bar, to the restaurant, to the stairs, to the rooms.
