"After spending one night at a "horror hotel" upon arrival, we were able to book our group into the Best Western Plus Olives City Hotel. This was the right move - we were three adults and two kids, and the "two-room apartment" they had on the 7th floor was perfect, and an added bonus of a hotel parking and an indoor pool made our lives easier for the duration of the stay. Breakfast was good too! Recommend!"

"Staff not helpful at all. Housekeeping skip days for cleaning. They don’t give you water bottles. The ironing board was damage, broken. The bed was small and the room I tried to get was not for 3 people. The description says 1 sofa bed but there was a sofa only. No comforter just a rusty brown type of throw. Only good thing is that hotel is right next to a mall and in front of the bus stop. That is it."

"Just a perfect place with everything top notch Super friendly and helpful staff, clean beautiful room with gorgeous views (stayed in executive suite) easy parking and close to everything. - if I ever come back here - that’s where I would stay. Super happy with this hotel!!"

"The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. However we had booked a roo. With 4 beds so we got a room with 2 proper beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was terrible which the staff couldn't help at all, so I won't recommend this to anyone. The swimming pool was clean and good how're they have a rule to use swim cap, which wasnt handy"

All that being said the ambient noise was just too much to accept for a premium offering of a Hyatt property. We were allocated a room on the first floor above what I can only imagine is a nightclub that was pumping music until just past midnight on a Sunday night.
