"WiFi was strong, breakfast was good. The bathroom is designed for very large people and I am small - hard to reach soap, towel rack in front of sink made sink hard to reach. Also though I asked for shower without bathtub, my room had a nice high bathtub in the shower that made it dangerous for me to use the shower. Staff were super helpful and accommodating. Place is very clean. If I were 6 feet tall and young, I’d give 5 stars"

"Lovely location and friendly staff. But - weird how restaurant not used for breakfast- instead we are in a different room. And PLEASE can you have more than just the one member of staff in the bar! Poor man was doing everything on his own!"

"Bien localisé pour Vielha et vallée Baqueira, stationnement facile, déjeuner compris. Odeur d'égout dans salle de bain, pas de clim ni ventilation dans la salle de bain. Il y a un ventilateur sur un bureau dirigé vers le lit."

"This hotel was booked at the last moment due to the other hotel being unable to supply any food, this hotel ticked all the boxes, quick check-in, secure motorcycle parking (paid), friendly helpful staff, the breakfast was fresh and well presented, the evening meal was also freshly served. Will return again."

"Totally refurbished and new...bfast superior...employees absolutely proud and keen to serve and help, beyond their requirements. Barthroom refurbished to high standards. As a note, just like Singapore, space is critical and rooms are a bit tight, but that's general in Singapore, HK or mountain places like Vielha, yet plenty of wardrobe space. Thumbs up to Hotel Viella."
