This is a low budget but unbelievable clean and friendly place to stay. If you are exploring Gettysburg and just need a clean quiet place to stay that’s easy on the wallet this is it! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

This property was great for an inexpensive option in Gettysburg. Each staff member was friendly knowledgeable and helpful! Pool was wonderful for hot days and everything was within walking distance!

Not very clean. Breakfast was a Walmart type honey bun. Just very shabby. Worked because it was pet friendly though$30 a night for a pet is high. Web site said$15.

Very nice older motel and clean. What I liked best was the location, right in the middle of everything and the price was very reasonable. Good AC and staff. Seems like a like of repeat customers and that speaks volumes. Could pay double for a newer motel (and I have in the past here) but am happy I chose this and will stay again. Pool out back that was open and clean, little older but refreshing.

I would not recommend staying in the motel. Room was dirty, sheets were think and worn, bed had bed bugs which gave me issues thereafter, breakfast was merely a muffin and coffee. Overall, not a great offering unfortunately and I will not be returning.

Is close (walking distance) to stores and businesses in the south side of G-burg. Less expensive, BUT.... They advertise "free breakfast", but there isn't anything. The sheet for the mattress lost it's elastic and kept coming off all night so we ended up sleeping directly on a mattress that had stains. Was clean. Was ok for one night.

Wish it could had been cleaner

We have been at this hotel several times before. The staff are always friendly and the beds are comfortable. The furnishings are outdated and they do not have a breakfast like some of the other local hotels. The hotel is inexpensive compared to others. I was a bit disappointed that they did not change the sheets. We had dog fur all over ours.

This property has a great location but the upkeep of the property is lacking over the years. We have stayed there many times before. It is an older motel, but a little maintenance could go a long way. Our room was very dirty- one bed the sheets were not changed between guests, dirty and full of hair. The floors were not cleaned and the shower drain was clogged, and the room smelled like smoke. The people were nice, but the place was very disappointing. It used to be a great place to stay, but we probable will not stay again

Incredibly inexpensive for its ideal location. The hotel is older inside and out but if you’re in Gettysburg the last thing we’re doing is sitting around the hotel.

The wooden door swelled from humidity and I had to call police to bust it open to escape. My cell phone continuously dialed the desk from 5:15 am to 6:05 am for help getting out of the room but there was no answer. Then I called local Gettysburg police who came and burst the door open.

Perfect place for an inexpensive getaway.

The staff was amazing and the hotel was perfect for our needs. A little tired, but very well kept and clean. Location was great and I would definitely stay here again
