One event I witnessed from my room window: an elderly couple was rushing out to catch a bus upon check-out. Hotel Manager Florence gave chase under a drizzle, and the old gentleman was hurriedly rushing back after realizing something they left behind only to see Florence in the middle of the road handing him the item. Just a priceless glee on the man's face. A great place run by very caring people. Thank you Florence and Tess for a wonderful stay. I will come back. "
