"Thikana is a wonderful place to stay, hosts are so accomodating, rooms are large, modern and kept spotless. The food is delicious. Great location, South Delhi is a peaceful little oasis in the big city. If you ask with enough advance warning Thikana can help arrange you a driver for your stay - very trustworthy and very reasonable prices."

"I think we found the best place to stay in Delhi and it was nice easy! The villa is beautiful, nice, clean room and bathroom, the staff are kind and helpful, great and safe location, delicious breakfast! What more could you ask for! You won't regret staying at villa 33!"

"There just room we were in was nice but after returning from dinner it smelled like someone had been smoking in it. The staff quickly moved us but the next room was having the street where dogs barked all night and the mattress on the bed sagged in the middle. I have it a 3 because the staff were helpful, the rooftop restaurant and bar was nice and the building is very pretty. "

"when I arrived they said they did not have a reservation for me, when in fact I already paid for it even in advance so at midnight I had to go somewhere else. I could not get a refund because it was still time to check in. They never issued a refund. Very convenient for them to keep your money after they turned you away!"

"Nice property, very helpful hostess, willing staff, excellent breakfast and clean room, and safe.
A bit overpriced, and the decor somewhat dated if youโre used to more streamlined aesthetic.
But, everything workd, and the hostess Amrita was cheerful willing to go the extra mile as needed."
