"The hotel was nice and clean and well located near the Ninh Binh walking area (Ky Lan Mountain and silver pagoda). The staff went above and beyond to help our group of 5 travelers get to locations and book further travel within Viet Nam. We will definitely stay here again when in the Hoa Lu/Ninh Binh area."

Lam went above and beyond when I left my passport behind at a bike rental shop, going out of her way to arrange delivery the next day to my hotel in Hanoi. Thank you so much Lam! 🙏"

"The staff was amazing and even packed us breakfast the night before since we had to leave for an early flight!! "
