"The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, and clean, although the bed was too firm for my personal preference. I was lucky to have a room at the rear, but friends at the front complained of traffic noise. The rooms were very hot and they had to have a window open. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the evening meal here too. The free transfer to the slopes too 2 mins was also well organised and was nearly always waiting for us, when we came off the slopes. I would definitely shortlist this hotel again."

"Our room was 2 hours late for check in- pretty disappointing customer service. The spa was fairly average - bit run down. Rest of the hotel was really nice, lovely breakfast in the morning and comfy bed. "
