"The hotel is located on the Riverwalk and very convenient to downtown sites."

"I booked this trip with Expedia or something and when we arrived, the front desk couldn’t find my reservation. And the lady gave me a lot of attitude. So I basically had to find the emails to prove that I booked a trip there and then she continued to accuse me of being another person with the last name, Johnson. Which I’m not I’m just me. Anyway the resort was nice and kid friendly but there was some serious getting high going on in the room next to me and our whole room filled up with the smell of weed all night so that sucked and when I told the front desk they did nothing about it. Also, the fire alarm went off at 6 AM which really sucked because all I wanted for Mother’s Day was to sleep well one night. So that didn’t happen and the pool was closed and the hot tub was closed because it didn’t work and the yoga instructor never showed up for the yoga class on the beach. So I was disappointed because I was looking forward to doing something."

"The front desk staff was nice and welcoming. The location of the hotel was convenient for us. Parking was plentiful. The morning breakfast didn’t have enough items that you could grab and go but other than that, our stay was great. "

"It was good overall could do much as it was rainy with a power outage so check in was complicated because we didn’t have a room key so we couldn’t leave the room once checked in but I don’t blame them they tried to be accommodating"
