"The property had water leakage in the room due to rain and spoiled my laptop case and my laptop also got wet. They did give me another room, however when I requested some kind of reimbursement for the horrible experience they granted me points which are not useful since this was a business trip. So they do not go the extra mile to recompensate one for the bad experience. They only give you points forcing you this way to stay there in the future."

"Le stanze sono ampie e luminose. Bisogna specificare che si vuole la stanza fatta ogni giorno altrimenti, con la scusa della sostenibilità, non entrano neanche in camera. la posizione è estremamente comoda. il personale è abbastanza giovane, ma ormai questo è un problema che cè in tanti alberghi e ristoranti dove lo staff non è preparato e sopperisce, quando si è fortunati, con la gentilezza e il sorriso. Ad esempio, non cera nessuno che portasse le valigie in camera, quando ho fatto il check in...

"Mir hat die Fenstersituation ca 2 Meter hoch, man konnte nur in den Himmel schauen Auch der Spiegel im Bad war viel zu hoch aufgehängt. Das gefiel mir leider gar nicht, Ansonsten hat das Hotel eine tolle Lage, sehr nettes Personal und eine gute Ausstattung"
