"This wasn’t my first stay at this resort, but this time I experienced some check‑in complications due to technical issues with my reservation—problems that were beyond the reception staff’s control and caused a delay. That said, the staff went above and beyond to make my family and me comfortable while we waited. They insisted on serving us lunch and light refreshments even before my reservation was officially confirmed. I want to especially acknowledge the professionalism and courtesy of the reception team, particularly an employee named Sayed, who took extraordinary steps to resolve an issue he couldn’t control. This resort consistently shows the value of investing in respectful, patient, and wonderful staff—people who can absorb any guest frustration caused by technical glitches beyond their reach. Thanks to their warm hospitality and attentive care, what could have been an annoying booking problem turned into a truly wonderful experience, reaffirming my belief that this resort is an unparalleled destination in every way."

"Staying at the Ajira botutique was smooth, comfortable and extremely convenient. It was a great start for my first time in Egypt. The staff were very helpul and made me feel welcome from check in to check out. Extra special thanks to Maria at the front desk and Bilal at the roof top restaurant. This is a prime location to stay if you want to stay in the marina. Plenty of great restaurants within stumbling distance and access to a private beach and pool which was great for relaxing. "We were a group of 10. We want to thank much Miss Rania Emad for her hard work and support for us to make our vacation excellent. She was following with us everyday to solve any problem with the hotel. The property and facilities were very good. The staff were very polite, friendly, helpful and supportive. The food was great, huge varieties and was delicious. The pools and the beach were amazing. The rooms were very clean. The only comment that we had, the Room Service response was slow."

"The staff is very helpful. Very nice beach and a lot of space to sit and relax. The food was good and nice variety. The rooms are clean and spacious. However, the resort itself is getting a bit outdated. I had issues with my room key lock couple of times. I also had to call maintenance to fix the safe box in the room twice."
