"A Pleasant Stay, But Honeymoon Expectations Were Not Met Overall, our stay at Jaz Aquaviva was pleasant, and we enjoyed our time at the resort. However, as this was our honeymoon, we expected a more special experience. Unfortunately, the hotel did not provide any memorable honeymoon arrangements or special touches, which was a little disappointing. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room was not very effective, and the room temperature was not as comfortable as we expected. The stay was generally nice, but there is room for improvement, especially when it comes to special occasions and guest comfort."

"This hotel is lovely - the foyer and entrance are grand and spacious, The room was lovely - we had a suite for 4 of us which had 2 two ensuite bedrooms and a separate bathroom - so was very spacious and comfortable. The staff we encountered at the reception, dining areas, bar, pool and beach area were all friendly and helpful. The main pool is big enough but not as big as some of these complexes have - but was usually never super busy when we were there. The private beach area is nice and the sea there lovely. The main buffet restaurant can get very busy and loud which is expected with a big hotel - but we found it less enjoyable eating there. The food there was mixed - some food was really good ( salads, breads, eggs, puds) and some was less to our liking, but we found the two other restaurants (seafood and Turkish) were much nicer and quieter - felt more like a nice dinner out so we tended to eat there in the evenings even though it meant paying extra."
