Only thing that let's this property down is the staff, it is very hit and miss, some staff we're unbelievable and others we're rude. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Holzdielen am Pool locker/kaputt, Türen schließen nicht richtig. Aber Preis war in Ordnung, Lage ist ebenfalls gut und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Very kind all staffs, delicious welcome drinks and good service. Room was big enough and clean. Especially a private pool is very good for whole family. We really enjoyed our stay in Gili and appreciate for hotel service.
