"Clean room, staff amazing, toilet broke right after we got there, informed staff and maintenance staff came and fix it immediately as well as tv in living room wouldn't come on and he fixed it as well...Thank you for coming and fixing everything immediately..."

"I was put in a room where the key didn’t work. I made multiple trips to the front desk due to my key not working. It never worked and I couldn’t be moved because the rooms were allegedly all booked. Maintenance or whoever it was, had to let me in but I never got a key. So, I couldn’t even leave my room that night. I kept calling the front desk but no one ever answered. Phone in the room didn’t work so I had to use my cell. There was no WiFi password in the room and I never got access to that...

"It looked like the rooms haven't been cleaned and found a razor underneath the fitted sheet needless to say it was still in the wrapper it was under the fitted sheet roaches crawling around someone broke into our room and stole things then they wouldn't show the video of who did it or even cared to look person that we found out that did do it worked there but supposedly the only person that could rewind the tape and find out who broke into our room was the owner and I've never got to talk to him...

"The room was dirty. There was a 1/2 smoked cigarette in the room. We booked a nonsmoking room and the room was smoking. The flooring and ceiling had large cracks. There was dirt on the floor and my socks turned black when walking. You could hear the highway all night. The walls are thin and we could hear the neighbors. The breakfast was minimal. Frosted Flakes, bread, biscuits and old gravy, waffle iron that didn’t work properly. The staff were not very professional. Answered a personal...
