"Avoid if you can , - location : this hotel is pretty far from cortina d ampezo - The room super small n bed not comfortable , more over the bathroom super smallll - both above actually I can still accept BUT the last thing that made me give this score is the service attitude is bad , especially on the food service area , they treat the customer like criminal , they shud be aware that hotel is far away from location hence water n other drink shud be accessible , they put big writing that guess...

"We showed up late; we were a mess when we got there. The food was exceptional; everyone was unbelievably kind. If all of the people that work there aren't one family, then I'm shocked because they all acted as if they were one. "Room was very small but very clean and cute not many amenities a short walk into town but the first part of the road no sidewalks and a bit dangerous. We did try the restaurant but looked amazing and wish we did. No lift just stairs to your room staff very nice bu no one there at nighttime."
