Stopped for one night but would have been happy to stay longer. Lovely clean room with all amenities. Friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent overnight stay at the Criterion. Very comfortable room/bed. Nespresso machine. Bathtub. Twin sinks. Modern, clean, fast WiFi. Good price. Food in the bistro was top notch too.

This is the third time we have stayed at Bon Accord and we find the attention to detail means that everything is taken care of and we can enjoy our stay without worrying about anything. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable and everything we needed to enjoy our stay was provided. Tim is an excellent host. We plan to be back next time we’re in Australia.

Very modern and new. Comfortable bed, and good kitchen to make meals. Check in process easy and friendly staff. Only stayed one night but Bairnsdale seemed a very nice town, cafes and restaurants around. Only disappointment was the lack of a coffee machine which we usually get in a Quest hotel.

This place was better than expected. I had requested a two-bedroom accommodation and was fortunate that one was available when we arrived. Room 10 was lovely — the sofas were extremely comfortable, the décor was beautiful, and the overall space felt very welcoming. We were actually quite sad that we were only staying for one night. The staff were also wonderful — friendly, helpful and very welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience. 10/10. Thank you so much!!

Had as problem with gaining access to the property as the reception was not open in spite of check-in supposedly by open from 2-10pm. A message had been sent to my phone but I was unable to access it. Eventually, we found out that the reception at Mariner's Cove was dealing with Captain's Cove: not ideal and very frustrating. A simple note on the reception door sayi8ng go to Mariners Cove would have made the experience much more eniybale.

The room was comfortable and had everything needed for a stay.

The most amazing views, sights and sounds to die for. Comfortable accommodation and very helpful host.

Amazing for the price was a great cooked breakfast.
