"The apartment is big, clean and walking distance to downtown. It has a very good kitchen and a terrace quite big. The supermarket is just around the corner, so if you stay for a couple of days you can cook and feel yourself at home. The owner (or employee) is very nice. The only problem (which is not a big problem) is that the building is hard to find and it has nothing to recognize it, I guess because it's an apartment building and not all of the apartments belong to Galaxy's suites. "The reception staff was exceptional. They were knowledgeable about the area, fluent in multiple languages and really helpful with information and assistance supplying us for our weekend stay. Apartment was clean, roomy and had everything we needed to stay in or go out (including much needed Nespresso and umbrellas). Everything is very walkable from the location. Was made to feel like a special guest."

"We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the city views from inside the apartment (especially the view of the church) was beautiful. A lot of space for our family to stretch out , we traveled with two teenage girls and it was nice for them to each have their own bedroom. The rooftop patio was our favorite feature as you enjoy panoramic views of Lucerne. Hands down the best experience. Highly recommend. Communication with the host was...
