"The hotel is nice. The common areas are clean. However I was on the third floor and my toilet didn’t flush and I had to use the bathroom on the 1st floor common area. Another room was not offered. I reported it 3 times. Don’t take room 320. My key was reset everyday and I would trek upstairs only to realize I had to go back to the front desk multiple times. Housekeeper Kathy was great and helped me get into my room after verifying I was the actual customer and helped me get my luggage in on the first day. The bed was comfy. New towels were dropped off everyday but trash was not emptied for 3 days. The toilet issue will stop me from staying here next time."
