"Showers do get hotter than lukewarm and water pressure is poor. When asking staff, we were told to use showers when others were not as it drains the hot water. I’ve not encountered this request of customers before.
Asked for a room refresh within the parameters of the hotel e.g. ask reception before midday. Refresh didn’t happen. The rooms are basic and but okay.
All in all, the hotel is lukewarm place to stay. Decent location in Glasgow centre but that’s about it."
