"Carpet needed cleaning, as well as stained lounge chair and sitting stool in the room. The room also needed substantially better lighting Otherwise, a decent hotel for the price. On the positive there were bath sheet towels rather than usual smaller standard sized at other hotel chains . Also, a very nice open lobby restaurant bar. Very nice tree lined outside views as well."

"This is our favorite hotel to stay in while in the Annapolis area. The hotel is clean inside and out. Staff are so wonderful and genuinely care about your happiness. And a price point that trumps other hotels by far. We've stayed at another hotel that is right beside this one and were very disappointed, but this hotel exceeds out expectations every time."
