"Not recommended for a family stay"

"There was an issue on expedias end I have contacted both the hotel and Expedia well in advance after arriving to Pittsburgh and having no place to stay. No one has helped me. My next step is to challenge it on my credit card."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. Very convenient location with shuttles to the airport."

"The building itself is pretty dated, and the rooms were dark and had power issues with the outlets. The rooms had no fridge or microwave, which was an issue for me as someone who uses insulin. There was also a pillow shortage, so each bed only had one pillow. We visited this location during the NFL draft, unintentionally, so that may have been the reason for the issues, but the building and the rooms were not the cleanest. Parking was also a significant issue as well, and there were no alternatives provided when the lot became full."

"Having the restaurant right off the lobby and the shuttle one floor down was very helpful for a tired traveler. The only negative I have is that the reusable bottle of body wash had not been refilled and I barely had enough to shower with. Had there been two in the room one person wouldn’t have been able to shower. These should be refilled after each use of the room so there is no chance it will run out."
