"This hotel was clean, and the atrium was beautiful. However, the carpet on the main stairway is tattered and discoloured. Hosekeeping staff are grumpy, and they leave dirty sheets and towels on the floor outside the rooms they clean. They also do not clean your room or refresh towels. The bed was comfortable; however, the mattresses need to be replaced. My mattress had a pronounced protruding ripple across the whole bed, and sank in the middle. There was no mattress protector, just a fitted sheet, and the mattress was stained. The hallways were being refreshed and were getting new wallpaper applied while I was there. The room gave me Super 8 vibes. Overall, I was disappointed in the room and hotel. "

"I didn't care for restaurant service. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel. I ordered french fries and it took forever so I cancelled my order. "

"When arriving at breakfast they were out of almost everything. I was told by front desk they were working on replenishing everything. 30 minutes go by and no fresh food has come out. I was then told they ran out of all hot items except sausage. The fridge was out of milk, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. The pancake machine was broken as well as coffee machine out of coffee beans. Lastly, the pool was closed unexpectedly for maintenance. The 2 reasons we chose this place directly next to Buffalo Int’l was for the breakfast and for my son to swim before our flight out the next morning. "

"Very clean, good breakfast every morning, and staff was very kind and helpful. Only downside was pool are was out of service one of the days of our stay."

"The were amazing! So helpful and kind. They helped quickly when a group of baseball kids were in town and kept playing and running by my room. They understood and without hesitation changed my room. My tea/coffee pot wasn't working and they quickly got me a new one. They answered all of my questions with kindness and care. I did not get the in hotel food, but it looked and smelled great. Many restaruants around the area. Don't listen to anyone who says that Buffalo employees are not kind. They were the best I've had in the past decade!"

"The hotel is rundown and dirty. When we checked in, we were give a room with an unmade bed, a TV still on, and trash on the dresser. I complained and was given a different room, which had been cleaned, but the heater didn't work and the second lock on the door was broken. The beds were really hard and the pillows were too thin. We spent a cold, uncomfortable night. Never again. Not at all worth the low price and proximity to the airport. Avoid!"
