"The room was not as nice as I expected given the way the lobby and photos look online and the price of the rooms. The cleaning staff were the friendliest people on the staff, otherwise everyone was a little rude. Never felt like I had their full attention, the doormen opened the door for you only half the time (hands were full with a baby) and the rooftop staff were rude about us wanting to eat there with a baby. The AC in my room did not work, I called down to the front desk twice and each time someone was sent up quickly but unfortunately they did not spend the time to look into the issue and the AC was never fixed. "

"The air condition seems to be Centrally controlled. So some night were pretty hot. Staff never helped with anything not even asked if help is needed with luggage. Front desk there was only 1 person which caused people to wait. "

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Room witjh a view in an excellent location. Liked the "extras" such as fridge, safe, tea and coffee making facilities, free wifi and toiletries as well as water fill up point in the lobby. Buffet breakfast was a bit expensive but the choice and variety of food made up for this. "

"I’ve always loved this hotel and have stayed multiple times. It’s in an awesome area of the city, close enough to everything but not in the center of the chaos. However, this last experience, we were placed next to the housekeeping service elevator and we did not sleep the entire night. We could hear every time the doors opened, closed and whenever the elevator moved. I ended up asking for a room change and it was much better but truthfully the room we were in should not be an option for guests. It was really really loud through the entire night. "

"I paid in advance but they charged me an extra $45/night with unexpected fee which should have been disclosed before booking. "

"Hotel was in a great location. It is very big and the staff was always available. The elevators were great as this isn't always the case with big hotels. The entrance inside is very nice. "
