"We have been going here for many years always have felt comfortable and looked after. the 1st room we had was a bit shabby seemed to be in the young families area. the floor of the bathroom needed a lot of deep cleaning. the lounge was worn out and needed replacing. We were moved to another room because I found the shower in the bath hard to get up to. the staff were fantastic at helping this happen. "My bathroom had not been cleaned properly there was literally 100’s of pubic hairs in the shower and outside of it. I was moved to another room but the floor in the bathroom looked very dirty. I think it is due to the type of tile, they need to look at different cleaning products. Having access to the gym was wonderful. The restaurant was about to get an upgrade so I look forward to seeing that. Meal was OK."

"Adorable BnB-style property in the Blue Mountains! The staff were so friendly and the rooms comfortable and cozy (especially loved the soaking tub after a long day). It's an easy 10-minute walk to the train station, town, and nearby hiking trails. Breakfast was great, and the views from the lounge and restaurant were absolutely perfect. Loved the fun Christmas in July decorations they had up too — such a nice touch. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Due to heavy bookings for UTA event we stayed in a twin room the first night booked direct with motel it was OK for 2 adults 1 teen but we found the second night much better, same sort of facilities but just extra space (this Expedia booking). Rooms were right next to each other but we had to check out 10am check back in at 2pm. The owner was encouraging us to stay in the smaller room but not willing to reduce the cost to cover price difference (approx $60) so we went with our original...

"Pleasently surprised how nice this hotel is, really enjoyed our stay, very friendly staff that were nice enough to give us a complementry upgrade, room was clean and modern, beds nice and firm, great shower pressure, plenty of parking, close to transport, panthers and shops. Only downside I didn't realise how close it was to the train line, could hear them passing by at night which took a while to get used to before falling asleep. If I ever need to stay a night in Penrith again this is where...
