"we stayed at the laquinta and first off we had to change rooms three times then the third room finally was at we saw several roaches I have fotos of then my 4 year old son hurt himself severely bad getting of the bed there was a metal peice hanging out underneath I had to rush grab ice put on he now still next day crys it hurts and is bruising from but crack up up may have to go to Dr for this . Also shower is so slippery need to put a towel down so u don't slide inside the tub"

"The first morning it was not enough breakfast, guests were told what was put out was it, it was only 8:15am and breakfast is listed to end at 9:00am. The pillows was uncomfortable and the pillow cases was dingy. Now I can say the breakfast issue was resolved the next morning. Bed was comfortable."

"Breakfast was very well prepared and had nice assortment of items to choose from "

"Was told one deposit amount over the phone by someone at the hotel. Upon arrival amount changed by $20. No “do not disturb sign” in rooms. We reserved 2 rooms for one week and extended the stay twice and staff continually tried coming in the rooms ever day. Housekeeping consisted of replacing toilet paper and sweeping the floor. No amenities. Limited towels and washcloths. Won’t be going back."

"Look we checked in about 330 am. We were exhausted wanting a shower and bed. The bath tub was black i mean hadnt been cleaned and disinfected in over a year, the floor same way full of filth and hair we left"

"Confusing tv and controls for air conditioners were in unit not on wall"
