"the location of the hotel is perfect, it is the closest one to the lake and the room have nice lake view. It have nice security system to protect our items. The service of the reception is really good. When we found the dryer in the laundry room is not working,they help us to get refund on the fees we pay. Yes,they have a 24 hours laundry room.but one of the dryer machine is not working,so we can only report it in the next morning."

"The amazing views of Lake Tekapo and the snow-capped mountains in the backdrop were stunning, making it a great place to just relax! Our suite was very clean, spacious, well-appointed and equipped with all modern appliances as well as great connectivity to the internet. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom included a huge bath tub, perfect for a nice warm soak! The kitchen had all the basic necessities to make full meals. Parking was conveniently located in front of the unit."

"The person who checked us in gave us a map, but it was to an RV spot, not the motel room. The room is nothing special - it’s functional and comfortable. What is special is the view. Looking out from the room over Lake Tekapo is spectacular. It’s an easy walk to town and to hiking trails. For the area it’s a good deal."

"Clean, updated, spacious , quiet place to stay in Mt. Cook Village. The bed was comfortable and had an incredible view out the large floor to ceiling window. Very convenient to the hotel and various restaurants in the village. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Booked this place well in advance for the labour long weekend so got a great price. Apartment was huge and spacious and well worth it for the price. Had everything you need plus some with a full kitchen and laundry. Prob the only thing I could fault is that there was a smell in the apartment that could smell as soon as walked in. I assume it was prob from previous people staying cooking curry or something. Tried to air it while was there but smell still retained for the 2 nights I was there. Would stay again. :)"
