I ended up getting breakfast at the Starbucks.I understand when they have new people , they need to train. I had an event to attend, so I wanted to grab something and leave. My order was messed up.I received a thank you.No one tried to compensate.

Derby City Gaming & Hotel - A Churchill Downs Property
This was a nice place to stay. Very spacious, neat decor, snd secure rooms. Staff very nice and helpful. Down side were the lack of good food options. Food was not good, especially breakfast (which was not included with the cost of stay. Price for stay on a Friday was high.

The Duke Hotel
Was given incorrect login to room and hotel stay. Host contacted me over 9 hours later, I was force to get a different hotel due to no access into my booked stay .

The Bellwether Hotel
Great walkable area. We happened to stay the night of the St Patrick's Day parade, and there was more noise than normal all night. The room had good amenities.
