"Our room and the public areas were clean. Scott went out of his way to make our staff a little more comfortable. Sadly, the hot tub wasn't open during our stay due to maintenance."

"The pool and spa were not available (no water in either). Poor advertising, as I think it had been down for quite a while. Also advertised free WiFi. Couldn’t find anything that gave a password. The front desk was not manned. I would have appreciated a hair dryer in the bath room. Rooms were clean."

"Location was great. Breakfast said it was hot but only thing hot was toast and waffles. Staff were great. Toilet paper was sitting on the counter because holder didn’t have the pole. Mattress was too soft and bed frame was very, very squeaky. Not the worst I’ve seen but for sure not the best."

"The place was nice and clean, very convenient. The only thing i don’t like is the loud sound of the AC. All the rest is okay."

"The room was clean, but we had no heat in the room and froze all night long. The phone provided in the room did not work, so we could not call the front desk or housekeeping. I notified them that the one of the hallway doors that lead outside was not secure. It was still not fixed in the morning."
