This is an excellent place to stay. Honestly it is the best place I’ve stayed in the city of Glenwood Springs. I have stayed at all the hotels and in the future I am checking on this place first.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and we absolutely loved it. The place has so much charm and history. We loved all of the personal touches throughout the property. It is within walking distance to downtown which was convenient. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Best part was the claw foot tub. The jacuzzi was excellent. Top notch hospitality by the owner Derek. He has really taken the time to make you at hime and comfortable. And he is just a nice guy! Breakfast, snacks, coffee and tea. Leave the kids at home and stay at this wonderful property in Glenwood Springs!!!

From start to finish my interactions about this stay—and the stay itself—was top-tier. The location was perfect to walk into town, the hospitality and kindness of the host Derek was appreciated, the options for food and drinks on the main floor were plentiful, and my room/bathroom was clean/comfortable/safe/well-stocked. I’m already trying to figure out how to get back up to Glenwood Springs and stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful and historic B&B. Derek was so welcoming, the room was lovely and it was really nice to be able to relax on the patio. It's also a great location and easily walkable to restaurants and shops.

Cute bnb style. It’s an old house as most bnbs are which makes it fantastic. Heavy doors. Clawfoot tub and residence was very relaxing. Would absolutely come back! It’s nice that things were available to eat in the morning!

Derek has created a photographic history of the West including Black and Native American relatives. Also, the wild west with Billy the Kid et al. He also gave us info about the area so we could maximize our time in Glenwood.

Derek, the owner/operator, does a fantastic job meeting the needs of his guests. The home, built in 1890, is in beautiful restored condition. A spotless hot tub is available on the back porch. The front porch is a comfortable and quiet spot for overlooking the front yard and the fish pond. The location is within walking distance of all that downtown Glenwood Springs has to offer including the Springs Pool. Highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Such a unique and cozy place! Derek has put so much thought into designing the home both for guest comfort as well as for preserving the historical aspect of the home. The king bed was extremely comfortable, the place was well stocked with snacks and breakfast items, and the hot tub was perfect for sprawling out and relaxing after long ski days. Will definitely be back!
