"The lady at check in was excellent. Amber. Hotels . Com had screwed up our booking and she was wonderful trying to help the situation. Hotels.com did an awful job and she was willing to help us out. She was amazing. Our stay was great. Very nice room, clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was very nice from lobby area and outside. Amber made a huge difference in making us feel welcome. Thank you Amber."

"We did not partake in breakfast. There is a restaraunt onsite of which we ate and drank both nights for dinner. Staff was super friendly. We hiked the Flatiron and specifically stayed at this location for reasons of hottub, pool, and food. We were not disappointed!"
