"Excellent boutique hotel in a fabulous location - easy walking distance (20 min) to all of the historic district. Stayed 2 nights and felt safe walking everywhere (Independence Hall, Penn’s Landing, etc). Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable…. basic but lovely, with “urban loft” style decor/furnishings. Water temp in room #314 (shower) was a bit unpredictable and varied from one day to the next. No stars knocked as the stay was otherwise fantastic. Everything was digital access (no onsite concierge), but there is secured / digitally coded room in basement level with coded luggage lockers if needed. Also a locally-staffed, 24/7 customer service 800#;… spoke with “May”, who was exceptionally helpful with a complimentary 1-hr checkout extension (due to my having a later flight). An abundance of restaurants, cafes, taverns were all within a few blocks. Walked to a business conference at the Hilton @ Penn’s Landing thru stunningly beautiful and historic neighborhoods. Took a 2-hr walking tour at night (8-10pm) from Independence Hall/Visitors Center, and walked back to this hotel afterward, @ 20 min ea. way. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here agin."
